A Few Things to Keep in Mind

·       Turnaround Time:
Custom B.Y.O.B. baskets typically require a 10–14 day turnaround. Timelines may vary based on the items selected. After receiving your completed questionnaire, we will provide our best estimated delivery or pickup date.
*If you need your basket sooner, please let us know at your time of inquiry.

·       Questionnaire Required:
Your B.Y.O.B. form must be completed and returned before we can begin curating your basket.( This questionnaire can be found at the bottom of this page)

·       Complimentary Consultation: (optional)
We offer a free 30-minute phone call to discuss your vision, preferences, and any special details you'd like included. Want to text/email? We can do that, too! 

·       Payment Information:
Full payment is required before assembly begins. We will never exceed your budget and will confirm all costs upfront. Custom B.Y.O.B. baskets begin at $75. The final price will depend on your chosen basket and the specific items included.

·        Assembly Begins After Payment:
Once your invoice is paid in full, we immediately begin preparing and assembling your custom basket.

·       Revisions:
We offer two (2) complimentary revisions. Additional revisions are $10 each.
We will send photos of the selected items via email or text, and you may add, remove, or swap up to two items per revision.
